isn't that the wrong way to do that? I thought the civilized way to take stairs was to walk on the right-hand side of them, which automatically places people out of each others' way.

Haha, brilliant. They type up and print the sign, sigh in relief at all of the "running into each other" that will now be avoided, and then someone tries it out...


Yeah... that'll put everyone on the same side of the stairs and not solve anything!

There'a a typo in it.

To my mind, It should say:
"This will help people running into each other."
