I started at 192 about nine weeks ago, so I'm now down 10 pounds. almost halfway there! I am pleased, but will be even more pleased when I'm in the 170s. I was plateauing a bit for the last few weeks, and while it was good to see that I could maintain, it's not time to maintain yet.
I can tell I'm a bit lighter, but I don't feel "skinnier" yet. I actually just feel less squishy. I will feel skinnier when I start wearing my size 12 clothes. There are cute skirts and jeans that are just waiting for me to get there. And I'll get there soon!
