Or are they Canadian?? Sure looks like hockey puck safety to me! I mean they have so many pucks up there that they must be laying in the streets endangering tourists.

nothing purely indicates soccer at all. referencing it towards tripping over rubble and such?

Most people trip because they were looking at the sign and not at their feet.

Do people in Paris & here in the states really drag our feet that much that we need a sign not to trip over obstacles that can't be higher than like an inch off the ground?
