The sign actually says something closer along the lines of, "Carry without risk: Bend at the knees to lift."
This is saying that if you're lifting a heavy box, to lift with your legs and not your back. You can damage your back muscles by using them to hoist heavy objects, so it's healthier to bend your knees and push up with your legs muscles instead.

A. The website translation is a joke.
B. While you may 'damage' your back muscles (which muscles are resilient and repair quickly anyway), you should lift with your legs to avoid a hernia.
C. Try not to be Mr. Helper and instead, read a little more of the site before you post... you will find many 'translations' that are jokes.
D. All of the above.

I went on dictionary.com for the translation and it said it means this: Lift safely bend your knees to wear. Odd. lol
