Nice pic,most probably photoshopped though. :)
Just take a look at its feet (or what do birds have for standing...).

Yeah the silhouette of the seagull is the real seagull's outline. Oh well, it would have been cool if it was real.

I've seen this on flickr (artist unknown). It does seem to be Photoshopped, but it's still hilarious.
