I don't know much about cold weather as I live in Los Angeles and today's high will be...[checks forecast]...75 degrees.
Is it true that when you slip on ice, lightning bolts shoot out at you as well?
Also it seems redundant to mention snow when the sign is sitting in it.

Oh I completely misinterpreted the sign. I thought it was a warning to Parkour practitioners that climbing the pole may result in electrocution
