Apparently a deliberate spoof, because An "ohm" is a unit of resistance (yeah, eyes glaze over) not voltage or current, and there's nothing remotely dangerous about touching something with 20 million ohms of resistance. It is a cool graphic though, going to print it out for my electronics shop.
