What's with the creeper's red peg leg? Is that a clue for whom to look out for?

Apparently on the first attempt to get the carriage up the stairs the guy on the bottom step let go and when the carriage rolled over his foot a sharp edge took off his foot and left a RAW BLEEDING STUMP . . .


I think it is PACMAN, having an emergency, being transported to the doctor.


You too can carry a baby up the stairs wearing a Solo cup on your stump!
